Morello is a leading global manufacturer of wheel-based machinery for moving heavy industrial loads within industrial plants worldwide. We supply both standard and custom-designed vehicles and machinery for transporting extremely heavy equipment and semi-finished goods, with capacities ranging from 500 kg to an impressive 1000 tons.
Our product range includes electric transfer carts, either operator-controlled or fully automated, on wheels or rails. We also manufacture electric and diesel heavy-duty pallet trucks, trailers, tilters, roll trailers, lift carts, heavy-duty platform trolleys, and solutions designed for EX hazardous areas.

Morello designs industrial material handling carts according to load, route, maneuvering space and automation level. Its solutions are organized into three product clusters — wheel-based self-propelled transporters, rail-guided transporters and AGVs for heavy loads — serving a wide range of industries, including automotive, defence, marble and natural stones, mold and die transport, naval and shipyards, nuclear, oil & gas, power generation, power transformers, precast concrete, railway, steel foundries, steel manufacturing, and wind power.
Wheel-based self-propelled transporters
For flexible handling on industrial floors, Morello manufactures battery-powered electric and diesel wheel-based self-propelled transporters, custom-configured according to load capacity, steering system, and working cycle. Each self-propelled carrier can be designed for indoor, outdoor or mixed operating areas.
Rail-guided transporters
To connect production departments along defined routes, rail-guided self-propelled transporters ensure precision, operational continuity, and integration with plant requirements.
AGVs for heavy loads
Heavy-load AGV transporters automate the internal transport of materials and components, with no operator on board and solutions designed around the plant’s workflows. When required, each custom heavy-load cart can be integrated with automation systems, safety devices and plant management logic.
